1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ph35h ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any product or service on ph35h, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all services available on ph35h, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, bingo rooms, fishing games, sports betting, and all associated promotional offers. Use of ph35h constitutes acceptance even if you have not read these Terms; it is your responsibility to review them before use.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ph35h, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are accessing ph35h from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted under applicable local laws.

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph35h or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from ph35h or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.

ph35h reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph35h may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on ph35h at any given time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph35h employs automated and manual detection methods to identify multi-accounting.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. ph35h is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration details.

You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. ph35h will never ask for your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or SMS. You must notify ph35h immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ph35h will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.

4. Deposits

ph35h accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph35h does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

ph35h does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees. ph35h is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors. Deposit processing times vary by method but are generally instantaneous for e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law, ph35h reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposit transactions. Deposits that cannot be satisfactorily verified may be returned to the originating payment method.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to available limits for that method. ph35h does not transfer withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for deposit by the same player.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays. ph35h aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• GCash / Maya: Typically within 30 minutes during business hours; up to 4 hours during peak periods.
• Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank): 1–3 banking days.
• Coins.ph / 7-Eleven Cliqq: Up to 24 hours.
• USDT TRC20: Up to 2 hours subject to network confirmation.

ph35h reserves the right to carry out additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal may be placed on hold. Players will be notified and may be asked to provide supporting documentation. These checks are performed in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine AML laws.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account. ph35h reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph35h offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ph35h promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ph35h reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts, use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or providing false information during registration.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• ph35h reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into a promotion will have their existing participation honoured subject to the original terms.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on ph35h are operated by certified third-party game providers and use certified random number generators (RNG) where applicable. Game results are final once confirmed by the game server. In the event of a dispute between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on ph35h's server, the server result shall prevail.

In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that results in a game outcome being produced incorrectly, ph35h reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the player. ph35h is not obligated to honour payouts produced by system errors, software bugs, or connection failures beyond its reasonable control.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the relevant sporting event result as recorded by the official governing body. ph35h reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placing, or where there is evidence of match manipulation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph35h and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating more than one account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of circumventing ph35h's terms.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, dealers, or employees of ph35h or its game providers.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies in a manner inconsistent with legitimate gameplay.
• Any form of money laundering, placement of funds derived from illegal activity, or structuring of transactions to evade reporting requirements under Philippine AML laws.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ph35h staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Accessing ph35h from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

ph35h reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicion of money laundering, or at the direction of PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.

Upon closure of an account where no breach has been established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard verification and AML checks. Where a breach has been established, ph35h reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance pending investigation or as a remedy for losses suffered by ph35h.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph35h support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 72 hours. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the Responsible Gaming page for the appropriate process.

10. Responsible Gaming

ph35h is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We offer a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from your account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

ph35h strictly prohibits access to minors. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use.

11. Privacy

ph35h collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph35h may share player data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and other competent authorities as required by Philippine law, including for the purposes of AML compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph35h's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph35h shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond ph35h's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, PAGCOR regulatory directives, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised use of the player's credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph35h's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. Changes to Terms

ph35h reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of ph35h following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version entered into force.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph35h operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.

In the event of a dispute between a player and ph35h, the player should first contact ph35h customer support via the 24/7 live chat widget to attempt informal resolution. ph35h aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 28 business days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or such dispute resolution mechanism as may be prescribed by PAGCOR from time to time.
